Affiliate disclosure

Which links earn us money

Buttons and product links that send you to a marketplace are usually affiliate links. If you buy after following one, we may receive a commission from the retailer. You pay the same price either way.

Amazon links carry our Amazon Associates tracking tag. Other marketplace links may carry a similar tracking parameter.

What commission does not affect

• ✓Scores are set before any link is added and are never adjusted for commission.
• ✓A marketplace or product can rank first with no affiliate relationship at all.
• ✓We recommend against buying in categories where we think the risk is too high, even where we would earn on the sale.

Prices and availability

We do not display prices. Marketplace prices, ratings and stock change frequently and a price captured during research is often wrong within days. Always check the retailer page before buying.
